Leslie Tripathy recieves phone calls from jail bird pleaing to marry him


Gangster Raja Acharya, the main accused in the judo coach Biranchi Das murder case, has been reportedly making threatening calls and SMS to Oriya album actress Leslie Tripathy from Jharpada Jail. The matter came to light after the actress received as many as six calls and eight SMS from mobile no 9938619653 since late night on Wednesday. Jail officials have now come under a scanner after the fresh calls.According to sources close to Leslie, gangster Raja made his first call at 8.30 pm on Wednesday and continued the calls till 9.30 pm. "After six calls, he started sending SMS since Thursday morning requesting the actress for marriage and restoration of love affairs with her," a source revealed. The source further informed that the voice was identified as that of Raja and the calls were coming from Jharpada jail. Fearing the calls, actress Leslie Tripathy, Bidusmita Mantri and Jubliee Sundaray have met Deputy Superintendent of Police Himanshu K Lal and apprised him about the fresh calls from Raja. DCP Lal assured them to look into the issue.

Earlier on Wednesday night, actress Bidusmita Mantri after receiving a threatening call filed an FIR with the Bhubaneswar Mahila police regarding the claims by gangster Raja Acharya that he possesses obscene MMS clips of the actress and her close friend actress Leslie Tripathy. She said on Tuesday, around 9.30 pm, she received a call from cell no-923799606 which said "Do not come to Bhubaneswar, we are coming to Kendrapara. If you come here we are going to eliminate your whole family." The caller said this in a threatening voice.
